I will certainly miss Captain Slater.. Endearing memories, the best times and laughter were when Dick, Jean, Mom and Dad got started. Good times always abounded when Dick was around offering his orginal viewpoint.. Never laughed harder, or have known many sharper, caring or generous... Just about the best person in the world. They do not make people like Richard Slater anymore; and never will. My condololences Ricky, Wendy and Tommy. Keep the faith and spirit inside always... ...
