Not sure what to say?

Dear Friends and Family of Rick. I can still remember as if it were yesterday the train ride to Rochester to say a final goodby. Romanie Baines and Keith Kusuda from JFK base also shared this very sad occasion. Flying with PAA, IUFA (F/A union at PAA) and flying with Delta... Rick was definitely memorable. Rest in Peace dear Friend.

I cannot believe it´s been 12 years ! Seeing the memorial picture brought tears to my eyes. The loss of such a vibrant, good man is sad. I can still feel the warmth of his smile as he entered a room.

I can´t believe it´s been 10 Years. Seems like he was just around the corner in the Atlanta lounge sitting at the AFA table. He would be so happy that these new millennials are really working hard for a union. Perhaps he´s up in heaven helping them. I will always remember him. He was always vivacious, intelligent and had a wonderful smile . Even though I was based in Dallas I knew him well through union activities

I just looked at the year of his death. I just can´t believe that much time has passed. If I look up, I can see him standing in front of me, impeccably dressed and smiling. I admired him so much! To me he was the epitome of a good person. Loving all, no harsh criticisms. I was based in Fallas and Atlanta so never flew with him; though I was a passenger once on a flight he was working. I spent most of my time with him working on AFA campaign. And that was many many hours of togetherness in...

I will always remember Rick. He was the "Union Guy of LAX". I loved how he was appreciated by management and union supporters alike. How he did it, I'll never know. He was very very special

I only met Rick, one time, but he made such a positive and lasting impression, that I will never forget this wonderful man!

George and Maria, I can't imagine your shock and grief. Let us all cherish the fine human being Rick was. He was my buddy, true and genuine, a candle in the window at times, and I will miss him greatly. He was a kind and generous sort, to a fault maybe. He had values and principles. He did he best to do good by God and man. His laughter, his generosity of spirit, his love. And so he was treasured by all who knew him. I am no exception. Let us all be grateful we got a chance to share his...

Dear Smaglo Family,

I had the pleasure of working many flights, including my first flight, as a silver winger, to St. Tommas St. Crox, with Rick. Also working with him serving on the Organizing Committee for the first Delta Union Campaigns.

I had not seen him much lately, since I took disability retirement in 2001, but mutual friends kept me informed of most of his activities. The last flight I flew with him was to Frankfurt, Germany (can't remember the...
