Not sure what to say?

Dear Pat and boys:

Our sympathy and prayers go out to all of you in the loss of your husband and father. Rich has always been a part of our life and we will truly miss him. He had been there many times during the growing years of our children. He had a heart of gold and always found goodness in those he loved. We know you will miss him tremendously. As a colleague at OLV, we had a lot of laughs and thoughts about what we were teaching and experiencing. We loved him dearly and...

I was very sad to hear of Rich's passing, and my thoughts and prayers are with you (Pat, Matthew, Michael and your whole family) during this difficult time. Rich has been so kind to me and my family ever since we first met him over 10 years ago. He found me work when I really needed it, and always took an interest in helping us in any way he could. He shared many family stories with us and was always so proud of you. My father said it was a beautiful service and I'm sorry I couldn't be there...

TO Pat, Matt and Mike- Our prayers and thoughts are with you at this time. Rich's family stories over the years were special.

Matt & Mike,

I am so sorry to hear about your father! My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I worked with Rich at SSCF for many years...actually, he was the president of our academy class. He was always good for a story or joke. May he rest in peace......

To the Family,
I had the pleasure of working with Rich for a few years. He was always talking about his wife and his two boys, always so proud of them and always wonderful things to say. We had many talks about family, vacations, the Army, College, fishing, boating and he always had kind words for everyone. He also cared deeply about his fellow workers being active in the union and was generous, always dipping in his pocket to give for someones cause. I will miss you Rich, rest in peace...

Spille was my Housing Sgt for a couple of years and I enjoyed his stories. He always spoke so fondly of his family. My sincerest sympathy for you loss.
