My deepest condolences go out to the Stahl Family. I had the honor and privilege of working with Dick, both on the USS SARATOGA during and immediately after the SLEP overhaul in Philadelphia, and again at NAVSSES. Dick was always willing to help his fellow co-worker, no matter what the task.
