Not sure what to say?

Tracy and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I only found out yesterday about Rich's passing. He was a great guy and great friend.

I will always remember Rich's kindness and humor. My thoughts and prayers go to all the family.

I was fortunate to work with Rich Stake when I was a young person and brand new attorney. Rich had been in the Army, CPD, and was a rung above me in the State's Attorney's Office and about 10 rungs above me on life's experience ladder. I was deeply saddened when I learned about the death of Rich. I worked with him in the 5th Dist for many years. Rich was always an easy going guy and a good friend. I'm sure he will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Went to school with David. Sorry to hear of your loss.

Please accept my sympathy on your loss. Rich and I worked in the State's Attorney's Office "back in the day." He was an example of what an ASA should be: fair, professional and seeking justice. He was a credit to The Office and highly respected by everyone he dealt with. He will he missed by all of us who had the privilege to know him. As an ASA he truly did God's work here on earth and may he be eternally be rewarded for that.
