I feel so blessed to have been able to reconnect with Mr. Starr in Florida. He was always smiling and such a fun person to be with. He was a true gentleman and an amazing father. Roxanne was so very special to him and he was so very proud of her. May he Rest In Peace. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

My deepest sympathies and compassion to the Starr family.
Dick was a true bellwether of Unionism and friend to all.
I remember his effervescent personality and giving heart, always helping others.
He is the " Gold Standard " all others to be judged by and key element in making V-8 Engine and Local 659 great.
He truly was a tremendous individual and human being that will never be forgotten but sadly missed.
God Bless
