I worked with Richard at Lincoln National. He shared his knowledge of technology with all. I was lucky to work with him at the time. My sincere condolences to his family.

Richard with Dave Hoffman at the Dayton Hamvention, May of 2008

My sincere condolences go to the family. Deuteronomy 32:7 tells us to Remember the days of old. May special memories of moments spent together bring you comfort as you cope with his loss and may you receive much love and support.

Mrs. Steck I have an early memory or Mr. Steck driving me on a tractor around your house in Barrington. I'm sorry for your loss/

Richard and I worked at Chicago Title and Lincoln Nation in the 1970s/1980s. He was technically save as we worked together to develop computer programs for the investment department. His smiling demeanor. tousled hair and intelligent conversation were a stable of interest for me and others. I wish his family well in his passing.
