Not sure what to say?

Heaven snags another funny one! My thoughts and prayers to your family. Dick was always someone I remembered as a close friend to our family and chief partner in crime with my father (Bill) on practical jokes. Tell Dad hello for me.

My Prayers go out to the Stenzel Family with the lost of Dick. I knew Dick back in the 50's and lived close in Palos Verdes Est. We worked the Fire Truck and did a few crazy things together. I talked to him about 30 days ago when I found out of his illness trough Red Bowden. He will be missed.

Thanks for the memories, Doc. An era has ended, for me, and my liver. A toast to you, a great guy, a better friend. You were one of a kind and the nights on the Boulevard were the best of times. I'll never forget. Save a seat at the bar and tell Lindy I'll be coming for a cocktail.

I was saddened to learn of Dick's passing although I knew he had not been in good health. When I obtained my PI license in 1988 Dick and Tom Maslin took me under their wings. Dick was very helpful getting me started and he and I maintained contact for many years.
