Dick was a special person who gave freely of his time and skills to create an amazingly successful support network for so many Human Resources professionals in the tri-state area. His gift to this special community continues even now after 20 plus years. This longevity serves as a testament to his generosity and dedication to help so many that have passed through life and work change situations. I have known Dick for over 20 years - Tempus Fugit. He was truly a selfless man who always helped others.
He assisted countless Human Resources professionals by providing pro bono career counseling through his group: Princeton HR Group. He was also well known to my family.
Dick will by missed very dearly. I just can't believe that Dick is no longer with us. I saw him on November 2nd.
