Not sure what to say?

Love and warmest regards to the Storey family. Rich was without doubt the greatest coversationalist I ever met, and as a fellow educator, Rich was one of the few people who inspired me in my early years of teaching. Later, I had the wonderful opportunity to have Meredith in my economics class. I always tried to bring my A game, partly because I would have been devastated if it got back to her dad that I wasn't the best possible teacher for his daughter. Rich was the epitome of a compassionate...

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your dad. Although I never met your dad, from everything I know of him from you Mer, he was a wonderful man. I am thinking of you in your time of sorrow.
May your dad rest in peace.
Sending love and hugs your way.

Our deepest sympathies for you and your family. Although we never met your dad, he must’ve been very special as John you are a wonderful reflection of his love. We are here for you in your time of sorrow. Feel free to lean on us for anything.
Our prayers,
Mickey and Mary Barrett

Our sympathy to dear friends John and Candice and the Storey family. May your dad rest in peace.

While we did not meet, it is clear that he was loved and impacted many and left a wonderful legacy. May you rely on your cherised memories.

Our love and prayers are with you. Peace.

Oh. Wow. This one hurts. Mr. Storey was one of the most impactful teachers I ever had. Homeroom & social studies. Coach & mentor. Counselor. He earned my trust and respect right away. He made it clear he had high expectations for me at a time when I needed that nudge.
Rest in peace Mr. Storey. And from the deepest part of who I am, thank you.

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Storey while he subbed at Midview. I always enjoyed his positive attitude and great words of encouragement. Prayers for the family- May you cherish the good memories.

It was my privilege to have known rich. I’m so grateful that he was my friend. I took loving care of rich while he resided at the renaissance his love for his children was great. He will be dearly missed but very much appreciated and remembered. Rich is greatly missed and loved by his Renaissance crew. With love Loretta ❤thank you to his family for their support to us and the kindness they showed. We all loved your dad. ❤

Coach Storey gave this young man a chance to play JV basketball at Medina back in 1981. I could have easily been lost in the crowd, but he saw potential in this little Irish Catholic kid from a nice family. Two years later in my senior year that JV team was the first and last Medina team to qualify for the State Final Four. We were called the Miracle of Medina and after our unforgettable run my father penned a letter to the editor of the Medina Gazette thanking the coaches throughout the...

My heart felt condolences go to Rich’s family and friends! He was a sweetheart and was always kind to everyone! His Faith was strong and showed a great example of it to others! It showed in his daily doings! He will be deeply missed by so many but never forgotten! Rest easy! ❤
