Not sure what to say?

Candace: Please accept my heartfelt condolences for your loss. How lucky you are to have had the opportunity to spend time with your father - a great friend to many, a special friend to most - there is not a time that goes by when I hear Bob Marley, the Police or Coconut Shrum and Pineapple Juice or Pili Pili comes to mind, that the good times I enjoyed with both your father and your mother put a big smile on my face. Take Care and be good to yourself - enjoy life and keep a big Stowe smile...

My thoughts and prayers are with the Stowe family.I only knew Rick for a few years but he always had a big smile and something funny to say. He'll be missed alot.

Candace as I write this I can't help but remember the great times your father and I had. There were the "Keys disease" trips, and many a weekend road trip just because we could,as well a tree frog that he had given me--bad news was I didn't find it till my beverage was gone, always the Trickster he was. I will miss him as much as you.

Rick you were such a big brother to me. We had been through 10 years of good times and bad. Every time I here Bob Marley I will think of you. Thank you for letting be apart of your life. Candace has your sunshine. God bless Candace and your family. I'll miss you StoweMan,

Richard E. - You will be missed, I know we will remember you for years to come and spread your legacy on to the younger members. Thanks for all the words of support and great times "just being one of the boys" over the years,

I did not know Rick that well but the time I did meet him I remember how nice and friendly he was. My brother Jimmy worked with Rick and thought very highly of Rick and always will. My heart and prayers are with Rick's family and friends during this time of grief. We have lost a great person, but heaven has gained an angel.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Stowe family. It was a privilge to have known Rick and guard under his command!!! I will miss you my friend!!!

Rick was a vibrant and humorous addition to any ocassion, and this is why he was always well-received anywhere he ventured. The classic ARCVLSC Member, Rick looked to enjoy life in it's constant adventure...farewell my friend, you will always be in our thoughts.
