Richard "Rudy" Stumpp

Rudy and Laura were neighbors that you knew were there if you ever needed them. I regret that I did not visit with them as much as I could have. Laura and family, my prayers and thoughts have been for you and with you since Friday. Laura do not hesitate to contact me if I can do anything even if it is just a shoulder to lean on and cry with.

Rudy was one of the best engineers that I have ever worked with. His knowledge and ability to solve complex problems with practical solutions was uncanny. But what I will miss most about Rudy is that he was someone you could trust. He was a straight shooter that told you like it was -- the truth and nothing but the truth.
Rudy, I hope to see you again someday. We will share a cold one and talk about the good ol' days!

A great man who will be greatly missed

Uncle Rudy was a great loving man who will be greatly missed by all who had the chance to know him. we love and miss you.

I worked with Rudy for a number of years and always enjoyed his good humor, helpful nature and engineering knowledge. I feel fortunate to have known him. Rudy was one of the good guys.
