It was a privilege and honor for me to have known and to have worked with Richard Sullivan ;A giant in the environmental history of New Jersey. As EPA Assistant Regional Administrator I had the opportunity join Richard in several projects. A finer person one could not find. My sincere condolences to the Sullivan family.

He made New Jersey the Garden State. Before he became commissioner of State Environmental Office, New Jersey was where the sea met the debris. I will never forget him. All that knew him held in the highest esteem.

So terribly sorry Renee.
