So sorry to hear of the loss of your brother. He was such a good friend to my brother, Michael. Now they are together again. My prayers are with you.

Richard was a GOOD MAN! Gave to all and never expected anything in return. On several occassions I've heard Him say Time Determins Everything! Who would have thought it would be his time. R.I.P Richard you will be Greatly Missed!!

I remember Richard as "Sutt," who owned the Village Inn in White Rock, as also did taxes. Sutt did quite a bit for me as a teenager. My teenage years are ones I will never forget, nor will I forget who cared about me during those years. Sutt is one I will NEVER forget...never have through all of the years.
