My deepest condolences go out to the Tarnas family. I had the pleasure of getting to know some of you through Ms. Jeanne and we spent alot of time together in the last 4-5 years. Your fathers spirit was inspirational to me everyday and I will never forget him.
Please know I've been thinking of you all in this difficult time and I wish you much peace and comfort, as you move forward. Your father left quite a legacy in all of you, and he made himself a legendary man! Much love to you,...

I hope that you cherish all the wonderful memories and joyous times together. I knew Prof. Tarnas both as the father of one of my classmates at U. of D. High, and as a professor at U. of D. Law School. He was always an inspiration. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Mr. Tarnas and Mrs. Tarnas undeniably left the world better than...

Always a delight to see with his trademark warm smile and firm handshake. He was a pleasure to be around. Camping in Hawaii with all of the boys, Mary Lou, and some significant others was a memory that I will never forget.
