My deepest condolences go out to the Tarnas family. I had the pleasure of getting to know some of you through Ms. Jeanne and we spent alot of time together in the last 4-5 years. Your fathers spirit was inspirational to me everyday and I will never forget him.

I hope that you cherish all the wonderful memories and joyous times together. I knew Prof. Tarnas both as the father of one of my classmates at U. of D. High, and as a professor at U. of D. Law School. He was always an inspiration. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

My condolences go out to one of my favorite families on Earth. The Tarnas family lived next door to me in my early years in Northwest Detroit. The civility, humility and wisdom that they provided to me will live on within me. Terry was my "first best best friend" and current legendary friend.
