Read MoreI was so sorry to hear of Richard's passing. I worked in the scale-house with him at the Landfill. He was always so nice & would help anyone. He was also funny and I loved hearing all his stories. I know he loved his family deeply. His wife Pat was also a dear friend; they are together now.
