Rick and I were classmates in high school and at Monmouth College. Both being commuters, we'd hang in the parking lot after and in between classes. He was a personable guy who enjoyed his life. Prayers to Gail, his children, family and friends. RIP Ricky ❤ keep an eye on BJ.

Ricky was a pleasure to work with at OTPD. I Enjoyed our talks about world wars, he was definitely a true history buff.
