Richard "Squirrel" Thomas

Mr. Thomas was my favorite teacher ever. I have so many found memories of his class at Cloverdale. He showed us card tricks, told us stories, and made pre-algebra easy to understand. Most of all, he taught us about life, the value of hard work, and how to NOT be a "fool."

I loved Mr. Thomas, and was always excited to enter his classroom at Cloverdale! His style of teaching, humor, and wisdom motivated me to be a better student and person. This world has lost an amazing man.

I so enjoyed my math class because RQ Thomas was my teacher! He was so special to all of our class at Cloverdale! What an legend he was! He will be missed.

My condolences to the family. Mr. Thomas was my eight grade Math teacher at Cloverdale. It was never a dull moment in his class. He made learning exciting and straightforward. You never wanted to miss his class. You will be greatly missed.

My deepest condolences to the family of Mr. Thomas, he was my Math teacher at Houston Hill and he was a genius when it comes to Mathematics.

One of the kindess and most polite men my family was honored to know. He was special in so many ways. Hope young people today are blessed to have someone like him for their role model. Peace for his family.
