TILLMAN, Rev. Richard E., departed this life December 31, 2007. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 4, 2008 at the Reedy Baptist Church, 15076 Dry Bridge Rd., Ruther Glen, Va. 22546 from 6 to 7 p.m. Homegoing services will be held Saturday, January 5, 2008, 3 p.m., at the Jerusalem Baptist Church, 16210 Short Cut Rd., Doswell, Va. 23047. Interment at the Second Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Hanover, Va. His remains rest at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home, 518 N. Washington Hwy., Ashland, Virginia.

Vanassa & Helen I was deeply sorry to hear about the passing of Rev. Tillman he was a kind & gently man and he truly new the LORD. There is no doubt in my mind that he is in heaven looking down on us and smiling. The work he done speaks for him, so don't worry about him he is doing fine, just TRUST IN THE LORD. love you both.
