Not sure what to say?

Rick was one of the best all around people I met growing up in Scotch Plains. He was a great athlete, a great teammate, had a terrific sense of humor and treated all people with respect. We were on the same sports teams and even though his contributions and capabilities left me in the dust, Rick was always supportive and kind. Simply a great human being. Rest In Peace

Sorry to hear about Rick's passing. Ricky and I were friends , living
on Willoughby Rd in Fanwood in the 1960's. We used to play
soft ball and other sports with a happy gang of guys around that
area. I remember visiting Rick's home and meeting his mom, who
was a great cook. We lost touch in the late 60's when my family
moved to Morris County.

Sorry to see him go. May he rest in peace

We did so many wonderful things together,
He loved the ocean and would take me to Sandy Hook quite often, even in the winter, because he loved nature.

He was my best friend during...

Dear Todaro Family,
I remember Rick as both a stand-out athlete and stand-up guy. In particular, I remember Rick being fully developed man among boys in the 8th grade. It took me 3 or 4 years to catch-up with him physically, and it was with great admiration of his leadership as one of our SPFHS wrestling team captains that I remember him best. He left his mark on the baseball diamond, wrestling mat and all who played with and against him. God bless. Walt Grote SPF '70.

Dear Cathy,Mr. and Mrs. Todaro,
I was so sorry to hear about Rick. My brother, Bill called to tell me. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad time.
Love, Karen Wengert

Our deepest sympathies to Kate, Jack and the Todaro family. We're so sorry for your loss.

Sincerely,
Jim, Heidi, Tristan and Madeline Huber
