Richard T. Tosaw

I worked for Richard for 27 years, and will miss him. He taught me many things, and working with him was very interesting. He was a generous man who had many, many friends worldwide. He had a very rich life, travaling the world locating heirs and doing research.
My sympathies to his sisters, Helen and Dorothy, and my best wishes to them both. I spoke to both on many occasions during those 27 years.

I worked for Richard for eight years at the Bureau. He taught me research (which I now love as a hobby and in my career), he inspired me to continue my education (with a focus in the legal field), and I enjoyed many travels when I worked with him (actually my first plane ride too). I was saddened to hear of his passing; however, his memory will live on through all of the things he taught me about (those above & including things like Glenn Miller, Nile Kinnik, & DB Cooper).
