Not sure what to say?

Such devastating news. Dr. Trdan was a wonderful professor and a great human being. I'm so sorry for his family.

A wonderful faculty colleague at SVSU. Friendly, helpful, encouraging. He will be missed.

Rich made my time at SVSU one of the most memorable times in my life. A great teacher who connected with his students and you knew he cared for us on an individual level. I will always remember the Rich and Jeem Show field trip. You had to be there!!! RIP Dr. Trdan

Dr. Trdan was my professor for a number of my classes at SVSU back in the day. I was so hoping my daughter would also get to learn from him as she starts at SVSU in the fall. He was the first professor I told her about when she was considering SVSU for her undergrad studies. Many, Many fond memories of his classes and his dedication to his students. He will certainly be missed. My heartfelt condolences to the family and prayers for God's peace during this time and the healing time to come.

At the grocery store, sometimes I would hear his voice say, "PET-er-son" and I would reply, "TRDAN...buy a vowel!" My husband has taught at SVSU since 1981 and also knew...

Dear Kathy and family,
I'm so sorry to hear about Rich's passing.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dr. Trdan was a major influence in my life. He had this amazing way of connecting with his students and I still talk about him 20 years after graduating from SVSU. He will be missed.
