Dearest and Most Beloved Dickie- I have travelled across the Earth and met thousands of people; however, there's not been one person on Earth like you!! Well done, thy good and faithful servant! Estella Denson

Just finding out about Mr. Tynes. Our condolences from the Perez family. I know that Mr. Tynes and his best friend my dad Noel are up in heaven having a good time! Sincerely Ricardo

The Tynes Family We are just finding out about Mr.Tyne's passing. We offer our condolences and prayers. My husband Ronald worked on several Eagle Maintenance contracts over the years. Mr. Tynes was a wonderful employer and person to our family. May it comfort you all to know that Mr. Tynes is now an angel in Heaven watching over each of you and those he left behind. He lives on in the hearts of those who knew him best and is always a thought away.

My condolences to the family and friends of Richard Tynes. May Dick rest in peace. He was a huge asset to operation of the former Washington Convention Center and during construction of the "new" convention center (1998-2003). His positive "get it done" spirit will be long remembered.

Dear Gail. Please accept our condolences on the loss of Dickie. We really enjoyed his company during our boating years, especially our trip to New England. Dickie was such a fun and easy going person to be with. Our memories of him will always be with us. God bless you and your son and daughter we met during our trips. Warmly, Tony and Jean from the I Dream of Jeannie

I had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Tynes and his family. They were always gracious and welcoming. The Listons send their sincere condolences to the Tynes family.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

I would meet Dickie around 6-6:30 am waking his precious dogs. We talk a few minutes, laugh, and enjoy the beautiful mornings. I will miss his smile and his love of life. I hope you are enjoying your many walks with Omar. You will be missed in our PBTB neighborhood.❤

Dickie and I were friends for over sixty years. We were close to one another as I was with my own birth brothers. To know Dickie was to fall in love with Gail and the children as well. I will forever miss my friend.
