Not sure what to say?

Just found out about this... heck of a smirk, most comfortable napping on the floor, and a he had a kind heart. I knew him in my youth, and he was always kind and gracious. He included others when he knew they needed it. RIP to a truly good person and and family man. Condolences to Mrs. Ulbricht and Karl and Erik and his family.

I learned from Dick that boldness in climbing had its rewards, & he was an enjoyable companion...just found out today about his death. RIP to a good man.

The ulbricht family were wonderful, wonderful people ,each and everyone of them, I remember with kind thoughts,

My heart felt condolences sue you you and the boys

My condolences to Sue and family. I knew Dick from graduate school at Oregon State where we were grad students in the zoology department from 1966 until we got our degrees. So sorry for your loss. Tom Wicklund, Medford, Or.

Mr. Ulbricht was my high school science teacher at cleaveland high school(class of 93). He was my favorite teacher. He knew how to make science fun. He also treated all of his students with respect. I was the biggest class clown but it didn't bother Mr. Ulbricht. He would just keep teaching. Somehow I managed to get an A in his class. My only A in high school! I actually had the opportunity to speak with him this year and had plans to meet with him. The good news is I will see him in heaven.

Our deepest sympathy to the Ulbricht family. We will cherish our memories of times together. God bless you and keep you.
