Richard was the CEO at NPA and he was an incredible businessman and inspiring leader. He made a big impression on me. Two of his kids worked for him at NPA and I lost track of them over the years. RIP Sir!

Richard was a visionary in the PBM inustry and was way ahead of his time. Working for him was both a pleasure and an experience and apologize for my late comments. Some where in heaven Richard Is driving an antique car and directing traffic!
Rest in peace

I just heard about the passing of Richard Ullman. So sorry to hear about this. I worked for NPA for 10 years and Mr. Ullman truly was a genuinely nice man. He always had a smile on his face and was a very generous man! I am truly saddened to hear about this.

I am Richard O. Ullman's SISTER and the youngest of four children from beautiful, smart, courgeous parents. I LOVE MY family dearly. First and foremost, my parents and since my brother DICK was my best friend, playmate and later in life "my rock" it will never go away. He was the GodFather to my SON, Richard (Ricky) who passed in his 20's. They have not passed through the light yet...but they will, now that they are together...in conference. GOD BLESS THEM...
