Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to hear of Richard's passing. I served with him in Vietnam in 1968. He was a great Marine who had an infectious laugh. We lost contact for many years but had re established our friendship sometime in 2000. My condolences to his family.
Semper Fidelis my friend.

Dear Yvonne and family
I was very sorry to hear about Dickie. This is what we called him when we were young. He was a good cousin and we will mourn his passing. Our condolences,

Dearest Yvonne and family,
My deepest most heartfelt sympathy as you go through this difficult time. I'm not able to be at the services, but my heart and prayers are with you.
Love, Jena Pickett Kauffmann

Dickie you were a great amigo and we had some great times working together at the SHIP AHOY as bus boys. Rest in peace.

I am so sorry for your loss our loving God promises to give you the strength to cope with the pain of your loss. He also promises to hold your hand every step of the way. Please take comfort that he does care at Isaiah 63:9 and Jeremiah 29:11,12.

May your soul rest in eternal peace my dear friend.
