Not sure what to say?

I had the pleasure of working with Ric at the Knoll Toronto facility. He always had a positive attitude and great sense of humour. I was in management at the time so we had lots of interface when he came to visit the facility. I will truly miss him and I am deeply surprised at his passing. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Hi PaRic. It's Lexy. I miss you everyday. I cherish every memory I've made with you, every time I hear a good joke i think of you. Every time I hear "you are my sunshine" I think of you. Every time I hear "I love you to the moon and back" I think of you. Those words will never mean the same as they meant coming from you. I found your big joke book today, the one where you read one to me every day. I miss giggling with you, I miss seeing you. I wish that I didn't have to just remember those...

Carey,
I will not forget my visit with your dad, the tour at Knoll, and how powerfully he loved his little girl. I am so sorry for your loss. Please share my warmest wishes with your mother Mala and brother Eric. You all occupy a special place in my memory. Thinking of you and wishing you love and peace.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

My respect for him was that he truly wanted the site to succeed and its employees to be content, his for me was that I was never afraid to speak my mind, and he searched me out and let me know this his last day there. Ric started in the trenches, and worked his way to the top and understood his...

Many of happy and fun Knoll memories. Rest in peace. Lynn (Folkema) Smith.

I worked with Ric and his dad Dick at Luxaire for many years. Both were wonderful people and I am so sorry for the loss of Ric.

The associates of the Knoll Toronto Metals Plant would like to send their condolences to Joann and family for your loss. We will always remember Ric for his time leading the Toronto team and remember him for his stories like, "I haven't had this much fun since the hogs ate my brother," and for the way he always ended our meetings, "Let's go make some furniture!" A profound loss for many....
