Richard Stephen Vance Jr., of Fort worth, Texas, born on January 29, 1956 in Texas, to the late Mary Ann Duke Lyons and Richard Vance, passed away at age 62 on August 20, 2018 in Bedford, Texas. Richard was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Teegarden and Patti Warren; and grandmother, Joyce Smith. He is survived by his son, Richard Vance lll; daughters, Katherine Savering and Melissa Vance; and sister, Teresa Rankin.
