I just learned of Dick's death. My husband, Don and I, were friends of Dick and Nel's dating back to the late 40's when the boys were in school at WMU. Dick and Nel, Bob and Edie Crook, Don and I had a lot of happy times: "going out and spending a dollar", late night coffee at Coffee Dan's, homecoming parties.
