Richard William Vogler

A year full of firsts. All the holidays, birthdays, seasons have come and gone without him. It´s hard to go through those firsts. I pray that this year of "seconds" bring good memories of all those passed.

My husband and I remember Rick and his family when Rick raced in the W-S Soap Box Derby in 1968. He won the local race and went on to participate in the national race in Akron, Ohio. It is so good to read that his life has been filled with activities, friends and family that he has enjoyed and shared. Ron and I certainly enjoyed Rick in his early years and now share your sorrow.

My condolences to all the family. I pray that good memories will carry you through the pain of his passing. And that you will be able to laugh at old stories through the tears. God Bless You All

Rick was a childhood friend. We knew each other from attending church. Rick was a nice young man and he could be so funny. We lost contact for a lot of years and only recently had we become friends again on Facebook. I am so very sorry for the family and pray they can find comfort in the days to come. Rest In Peace my friend! Heaven has gained another angel.
