Not sure what to say?

Coach Voiiers recent election to the Bay Alumni Foundation Hall of Fame opened a flood of memories. I looked forward to hearing more and reestablishing contact. I was shocked to learn of his death. As a member of his first varsity basketball team in '63-'64 he was a pivotal figure in my life. He was truly a giant among those who patrolled the halls, gyms, and playing fields in Bay Village. My deepest condolences to Maureen and family.

My deepest condolences to the wonderful Voiers family. You are in my prayers. I went thru all the grades at Greenhills with Rich. We were on so many of the same sports teams. He was a great guy. I will miss him.

Morning Stars Arrangement

Rich was a major and positive influence on my progression from boyhood to manhood. RIP

BVHS graduate 1965. I was in Normandy Elementary School when Coach came to Bay Village. He was the gym instructor there, just beginning his wonderful career in Bay. He became my football, basketball and track coach as I progressed into high school. I have nothing but great memories of all the time we spent together. He was a great teacher and motivator. He touched so many lives in such a wonderful way. Great teachers and coaches are like that. Impacting us in ways that are difficult...

A great coach but an even greater person. Rich was a great help and friend as I began my coaching career. He did so much for so many and will be missed by all who knew him.
