Not sure what to say?

Condolences to the family, from Mr. Wagner's golf family at Heidelberg Country Club. Fond memories of his and Rita's time here, and with his beloved West Reading Alumni get togethers.

I had the good fortune to be in the company of "Lefty" and Rita when they visited their WRHS mates - my parents - Cameron and Judy Witmer. Oh, how they'd laugh at stories recounted, and that is a good memory for me. Although those occurred only a handful of times, I was drawn to this wonderfully warm and engaging couple. I believe "Lefty" may be the last of that group to leave us. He was a good and caring man, and I hope to meet his family at his memorial service in Reading. Godspeed,...

Last visit together...full of fun and love.

Dick and I were coworkers at Lees, and he has remained a dear friend for life. I will always think of him as the silver fox he was those many years ago, and what a good and decent man he was. It was a privilege knowing him and he will occupy a corner of my heart forever. My sincere sympathy to his family and all of the people who love him. He was one in a million. Sincerely, Kathi (and Jim) Gainor

Rich was a good friend and like another parent while growing up with Casey and Nina. Even more so after my own father passed. His gentle manor, his wonderful stories, his sense of humor, and his generosity will be greatly missed.

My heart felt condolences to Casey,Kelly,Nina,Steve,Chris,Alex,Matt, and to all whose lives Rich/Lefty so greatly enriched.

Rich was the cousin of my father, Harry Wagner, Jr., and of my aunt Dorothy Wagner Gable. In recent years, Rich and I corresponded occasionally, and I will miss those opportunities. My condolences to all who were close to him.

Richard C. "Lefty" Wagner family members and friends, the WRHS Alumni Association wishes to extend our heartfelt condolences at this time of sorrow and loss. Cherished memories will help to keep him to live on in our thoughts and prayers.

I am saddened to see the passing of Dick. I had many a good laughs with him when I worked for John Schach and more recently by e-mail. I will miss Dick, but I will always have the memories.
