Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to Kami and Richard's extended family. He was a brilliant student and delightful person. The world will miss him.

Single Memorial Tree

Richard was smart, friendly, funny and very knowledgeable. I appreciated him as my boss, my mentor and my friend. I'll miss him greatly. Rest in peace, Richard.

So lucky that the fates landed me next door to Richard and Kami for a couple of months this Spring, and I got to know them a bit! Richard had a great sense of humor, and I was surprised to find out how many connections we had. Wonderful member of the community, and he will definitely be missed.

Richard was indeed very smart but also very happy and he made me happy to be around him. I shared many good "Automotive Community" stories with Richard when he worked at CAR. My thoughts and prayers are with Richard, and his family and friends.

Ricky was always a pleasure to be around, provided great conversation, and did it with a natural ease and grace. We will miss you.

Richard was salt of the earth and a dear friend. In spite of not having met in person for a few years after moved out of state, he always found a way to reach out and see how we were doing. He was a trusted advisor and passionate colleagues that I truly enjoyed working with. You will be greatly missed. Rest in peace Richard

I'd see Richard on Saturday mornings when he came in to do the "Bill Monroe For Breakfast" bluegrass show on WCBN, as I was leaving after doing my folk show . . . of course we'd chat about our love of music and getting to do radio at WCBN. I wish I had a picture of Richard sitting at the mixing board where he shared his knowledge and love of music with our listeners. He was a great DJ and has been missed since his health kept him from doing radio. His passing has been sad sad sad news for all...

Richard was a brilliant guy who really contributed to many automotive industry issues. My deepest sympathies to his family. He will be missed by those that knew and worked with him. Dave Cole
