Not sure what to say?

You will be dearly missed. RIP my friend.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May he rest in peace.

Amen.

Rick,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of the Code Enforcement team. Sorry you lost money on me thinking I'd be gone after 2 weeks! Well, those 2 weeks have turned into 2 years! I'm going to miss our heart-to-heart chats about our loving families and our precious grandchildren. Most of all, I want to thank you for being my advocate and for considering me to be the "heart" of Code. I will miss your style and your sense of humor which brightened even the most...

It's not a goodbye it's a see you later! Love you!

You have made me a better person since i started working at code.. you knew when something was wrong with me, when you didn't see that big smile. Always coming up to the window, to see how my day was going and making sure i was working or acting like i was working, either way you didn't care as long as i had that big smile on my face.. you were always a call away, no questions asked ... miss you lots and love you... it's not a goodbye but a see you later!

love you!

So so sorry for your loss. As first cousins with a big age difference, we didn't grow up together, but I have good memories of our families getting together. I'm forever grateful when he came to Help give a police escort during my fathers funeral. I was working in the ER when he was first brought in and have been worried and praying for him. I'm so saddened to hear he's passed. Now he can be with aunt Millie and uncle Freddie.

I have known "Mister"Rick for 25 years. Rick Walther enriched every person he met. He could see the potential in people and inspired all he met to be better. Always ready with a quick wit or infectious smile, he was the life of any party. The world is a little darker without him in it. To his wonderful family, we thank you for sharing him with us and May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. s/ Donald Carey

So sorry to hear of Ricks passing. I worked with Rick at the old Bureau at J.P.S.O. I was the dispatcher for the Bureau. He would always come in with a smile on his face. He was a great Man, and will be missed by many. R.I.P. Rick.
