Not sure what to say?

Remember Rik at Righewood High. Tonight my husband Jack who also was a graduated of RHS in 1955' brought down the yearbook. For some reason, when I was looking at it, I saw a picture of Rik and Margot. I thought I'd try to thank him for a kindness he did for me in an English class one day that I had ovpbviously never forgotten. Our sympathies to Margot and the family on a great loss. Rik was in attendance at my son's funeral on July 4, 1982. Jeff had just completed his freshman year at LU. While this may seem a bit unordinary, to Rik it wasn't...that was his caring and compassionate way of doing things. God Speed to a long time friend.

He was such an intelligent and giving person. Lawrence University was so fortunate to have Rik Warch and his thousand-fold accomplishments for the good of Lawrence and our city of Appleton. Peace is now with him. MaryAnn

Bless you, Rik, for all you did and were not only for Lawrence University as an institution, but for each of us as students and staff. You will be missed for sure, but never forgotten!

I was employed at the University when Rik was President. He was such a kind and friendly gentleman. Our condolences to your family. Praying you have peace during this time.
