Not sure what to say?

I think of you often my good friend. I also forgot to add that we also went to Davenport College together.

Dick ward was a close and true friend of mine in high school. He always stood up for me, not many people like him in today's world.

Dick was a huge inspiration to me when I was a little kid, we first met in the neighborhood Trails known as butchers and Charlie's dump riding dirtbikes, reconnected many years later racing district 14 Hare scrambles. many great one-on-one talks when he would pop into my shop and chat with me. I still have and display a vintage poster he gave me back around maybe 2000 or 2001.

Dick was good friend of mine in high school, we played on the redhawks baseball team together. I'll never forget dick and I sun tanning in the bullpen, he was called in to pitch, had to scramble to put his uniform shirt on, laughing so hard, but he got into the game with a slight delay, he'll be missed a lot.

we lost one of the good guys to early R.I.P.

I have known Dick since the early 1950's We went to Turner..Harrison Park and Union high school together. What a great friend he was.He sure liked his dirt bike racing.Later friend.

Ruth,
So sorry to hear about Dick. Jason called me at work today and gave me the news. So sorry I didn't make the time for a visit while he was still alive. Couldn't get the time off from work for the funeral. You're in my prayers. Never got a chance to meet Dick's daughter, Michelle. Please pass on my condolences to her. Take care. Will be in touch.

I taught him how to be a Sergeant First Class. It was hard work, but I will always be proud of it, and him. He was a good person, but one hell of a sergeant! Rest in peace my son. God loves an honest man.
