I met Dick at childbirth education classes in 1976. I'd just graduated college, but couldn't find a job. Dick said that there was a temporary job available working with him at the Minneapolis Housing Authority helping homeowners rehab their homes. I didn't know nearly enough to apply, so he spent two full days teaching me about everything I'd need to know to pass the test. I did pass and was hired. That started me on a career best described as Mr. Toad's Wild Ride, and when I needed help...

Rest in peace Richard. To his family I am so deeply sorry for your loss.

Our heart and prayers go out to all the family we've known dick Warwick through Rodney koffer for about 20 years through those years dick would show up with Rodney at my home things for just get crazy fun we are really going to miss that man he never had a negative word to say about anything as long as we've known him I was surprised to find out he was a veteran the US Army I myself serve in the Army 68 to 70
