Not sure what to say?

Our little brother had a huge heart, a winning smile, and love for all his family. He has left a void in our family but he has also left us with so many sweet memories. He has a special place in heaven and in my heart.

To "All" of the Waters Family, big or small,
It was hard hearing about Ricky's passing. All though it's been years since I've seen Ricky, The Waters Family are people who I would be able to pick up where we left off. Your love for one another spoke for itself. By losing "two of the links" to soon, first your Mom, that created a fracture in all your hearts & now Ricky, making that crack a little bigger. I can imagine how comforting it must be to know that Ricky had someone there waiting...

My Brother My Friend I will see you soon. Loving you in Christ Jesus. Rhonda Mae

Uncle Ricky, we will always remember the fun times we had with You! Visiting you and the kids in Georgia for Nathan's graduation was fun! I know you cooked me and Brian the fattest Filet I still have ever had! That was the first time I heard the "Macarena" song and you danced to it perfect! Thanks for always being you and making things fun.I love and will miss you always. Happy Trails and Cheers to you uncle Ricky.

My heart goes out to your family and my prayers are with you. We had great times growing up in San Marcos on Via Juanita. Cindy Hayes (Ball) from the other end of the street!

Dear Waters Family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I've known Ricky since grade school and will remember all the good times we had. My thoughts and Prayers are with you at time sad time.
Rest In Peace My Friend.

Waters' Family: My heart, thoughts, and prayers are with you all, but especially Nathan, Caleb, Melissa, and Megan. I am so sorry for your loss.

Rest in Peace Rick you fought long and hard for your beliefs and country. I am proud to have known you and called you a friend.

My condolences to the Water's family as you deal with your loss. My prayer is for peace and strength for each of you during this difficult time.
