Not sure what to say?

Dear Webb Family:

You don't know me; however, Dick, as I knew him, was a great friend to myself and family.

My father, Rev. Arthur Lucas, pastor of the Aquashicola EUB church, spent hours of
history, religious and other interesting event questions/answers in our parsonage on Delaware Avenue.

I first met "Dick" at Burt's Steakhouse where I worked when my family first moved to Palmerton in 1965.

Dick was a true friend and confident, even though I only knew him a...

Honorable is a name given to a Judge, No One person Earned this Title More than Judge Webb as he was a Considerate Soul who would always make those in his presence Really Feel as Equally Important as his Humble self. Wisdom always seemed to Protrude from his words. A person who made his conversations desirably memorable.
A Role Model of a Person !!! Warmest Regards to his Family

Judge Webb was a loyal customer at my store ( MS Jewelry) and an honorable man. I am sorry to hear of his passing and I was proud to know him as a friend. Carbon county lost a good man... he will be remembered as a kind man and as an advocate for justice. RIP Judge Webb.

I came to know the Hon. Richard W Webb (Dick) when he patronized Rod's Cantina for our Tacos. In 1981, as District Attorney, Dick gave his time to brief me on the opportunities within the PA State Police and convinced me to apply for an academy selection. While attending PSP Academy, Cadets were asked the identity of their Recruitment Trooper. I had none. I would reply Carbon County DA Richard Webb. I was honored when Dick would reach out thru my family for us to meet in Palmerton, or simply...

I learned a lot from you Richard thanks for being a friend rest in peace

Webb Family,
Thinking of you during this difficult time.
Our Condolences,

I am deeply saddened to learn of Dick's passing. I know my late father would agree that Dick was a good friend, a good attorney and a good judge. I especially appreciated his marvelous sense of humor and quick wit, as well as his helpfulness when I was covering the court as a reporter in the mid-1970s. We've lost a wonderful friend, and our hearts go out to his family.

Judge Webb was I fine man, and a true many in every way. I was blessed to know him for so many years. My deepest sympathy to you all. There won't be another quite like him again. God rest his soul and comfort yours.
