Not sure what to say?

I met Richard when he worked out here in Houston at the Johnson Space Center. He was so kind to me while I was new back in the mid 90's. I did not know much about computers and he was great at explaining things to me so simple. He was always giving to our group and never asking for anything in return.I remember Jasmine's pictures were all over his desk in B29. He loved her so much. Richard will be missed and my heart and prayers go out to his family. May God comfort and bless all of you at...

Richard was a dear friend to me. Although it was 11 years ago that I last saw him, I will always remember is kind personality, enlightening conversations, words of wisdom and unique sense of humor. He always had a smile and made you smile if not laugh hysterically. I saw Richard go through good and challenging times and in all he remained poised and a gentleman. He will be greatly missed. To Mr. and Mrs. Webb, Rick and Jasmine, know that the angels are rejoicing right now. Stay...

My heart goes out to all who knew and loved Richard, especially Mr. and Mrs. Webb, Richard, Jasmine and his extended family. I will really miss being in his presence, working with him or just hanging out. My only consolation is that I know, without doubt, that he's in the presence of the Almighty. Richard was truly special. He was kind-hearted, a gentleman, and a wonderful friend. He was there to help through rough times, and also in good times. I'll never forget his deep laugh and his...

I didn't see Richard often but when I did, he had a smile and a hello like he just saw you yesterday. I pray the Webb family's strength in this time of sorrow.

Richard i will miss your smile, your laugh and your wisdom on many subjects we often talked about. You will be truly missed but always remembered. God bless the Webb family and I pray Gods healing grace for your hearts.

Although he was a year or two up under me but I remember Richard well and he was a good guy I'm sure he will be missed and may God bless his family and those who loved hime the most.

To Richard's parents,

I just want you to know what a wonderful job you did in raising Richard. He was one of the most humble and respectful men I have ever known. Though I did not know much about him, those qualities stuck out. We nicknamed each other "Ole School". I ran into to him on Friday August 3rd as he was assisting with the office move. I said "Don't work to hard Ole School" and his words to me were... "ah its all good !"
I'm grateful I had the priviledge to know such a...
