Not sure what to say?

I love n respect this man, i`ve known Mr Weisse since the 60`s, used to be pals with his son Michael, spent many a night sleeping over, (he always scared the hell outta me) haha, big man, deep voice, beautiful family n grew to care for this Gentleman so much, so sorry I missed your service Mr Weisse, will always remember our time together on the field and at the Beagle, R.I.P. my friend..

Dickie was my coach in the Springfield weeknight league for 8 years
back in the 80-90's. Always smoking the trademark cigar while
coaching 1st base. Can still hear him saying from the coach's box,
"C'mon put a hole in the infield." Nice guy who hardly ever missed a game and always offered you a stick of gum before games. My
condolences to his family.

To The Weisse Family,

Our heartfelt condolences on the loss of Mr. Weisse - He was such a memorable figure on the coaching sidelines for so many games and practices for so many years. He had quite the softball fastball to keep us on our toes. And, as noted always with that signature cigar in the corner of his mouth - He was a great teacher of the game to so many. Thank You Mr. Weisse

You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Patty sorry about your dad he was a great guy, I can remember him getting mad at me when he found out he was walking in poison ivy behind my house trying to find my survey sticks, may he rest in peace

I'm sad to hear the news of Dickie's passing. I played softball for him in the early 90's with Casa da Nana and he was a great guy to be around. I saw him periodically after that and he always had a great big smile every time. Rest In Peace my friend.

Id like to offer my condolences to the Weisse family. Coach Dickey was One of the most respected and beloved people in our softball circle. Everyone was always happy to see him and no matter what your age he always had a Hey kid, how ya doing? He will be greatly missed by all of our softball brethren. As time goes by and I think of him, I Will always have a smile on my face. RIP my friend until we meet again.
