I had the pleasure meeting Richard several years ago at a TCA National Train Show in York Pennsylvania. We developed a friendship in the years that followed and I had the honor and pleasure of being invited to his house, to view his impressive train collection and layout.
Richard was one of the most diverse, interesting and intelligent people that I have had the privilege of knowing.
I offer my condolences to Bella and his family.
