Not sure what to say?

Dear Cecile and family, I was so sorry to hear about Rick's passing. He was a wonderful husband and father. I am so happy you had such a long marriage and many joyful times. My best to all of you , Agnes

God bless you Mr. Wester. A terrific neighbor and nice person I had the privilege of knowing. Rest in Peace. My condolences to the Wester family.

To the Wester family; I am saddened to hear of Dick's passing. He took outstanding care of my cruiser for many years at the State Police garage at our Headquarters. He even took note of potential problems, taking care of them before I knew of them. We often would exchange "war stories", as we both served in Germany in the Army, though at different times and places. He was a gentleman always, and at the top of his game every day. May he rest in peace.

Sorry for your loss . I worked with Dick in the late 70s at Grappones he was a very kind person. and friend to all that worked him

Cecile - So sorry for your loss. I know the pain you are feeling as I lost my husband just four months ago. They say time will ease the pain but no one tells you how long it´s going to take. I´m still waiting, as I´m sure you will be too. Keep thinking of your wonderful memories of him. It will help. Liz Dane

Dick's kind and gentle nature made the world a much better place. He will be missed. Love to his special family.

Loved Uncle Dick. Loved that he always showed up in an immaculate "boat" as his ride. Loved his calming presence.

I remember Dick from both Grappone and Department of Safety. He was a gentlemen and did his job professionally. May his family be comforted by all the wonderful memories of him from the past.
