Dear Wheeler Clan -

We're just reading this sad news, and extend our condolences to the whole family. We have many fond memories of growing up in Manila in your company and in the Citibank family. We are so lucky to have experienced that life, aren't we? May the memories console you as you celebrate your husband's and father's life. (Our father, Peter Tileston, died in 2012, and our mother, Margaret, passed away last month.)

Rick Wheeler's enthusiasm was a joy to experience every time I encountered him. He was a global person in our midst in Concord, his broad perspectives and service were a great benefit to an already culturally rich town. Thank you Rick, fellow world citizen, whom I greatly respected!
