Dear Family,

Please accept my condolonces during this difficult time. As you know, it was joy to have Rich for a neighbor. The most ordinary of quick conversations in the hallways or garage were always a pleasure and bright spot in my day. I feel fortunate to have known Rich, and my prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of his person, and come ever more to treasure the blessings that he left you with.
