Richard Whiteside

Dear Mrs. Whiteside & Family, I was good friends with Richard in NOLA for many years. He was like a big brother or uncle and we even co-authored some articles together. Dear Kathy,

I am so sorry for your loss. I know how you feel, as it has only been 6 months since I lost Jonathan. Dick was a good person and he will be missed by many. Take time to care for yourself and soak up all the love and caring your friends and family give you. Peace to you and your family.

My condolences to the family. It was a lovely service today. I enjoyed hearing so many stories about how loved he was and the lives he touched. In the short time that I knew Dick I wish I had the opportunity to spend more time with him. I hope that Kathy & her family will find peace In the days going forward.

Over the last twenty some years of friendship with Dick and Kathy I always felt welcomed and part of their lives. I will miss Dick, his wit, and his sincere concern. I am glad to have had him in my life, and I will always remember him with love.
