Richard L. Whittaker

Dick was my friend for 30 plus years. We met at a New England Woodcarvers meeting. Later, Dick and I and others would meet to carve weekly at Bob Doucette's house in Lynn. What great times and fond memories. Rest in piece my friend. I will miss you.

I met Dick through my Aunt Ginger. He was such a nice man. His carving work was great! I am happy that I had the opportunity to meet him. My condolences to you, his children and grandchildren, and to Aunt Ginger (Virginia). Hugs and prayers for all of you.

Uncle Dick, you will be missed. Will miss your smile, your laugh, and hearing all your stories. Your memory never ceased to amaze me. Hearing your Navy stories just two weeks ago , and always your stories of the good old days in Scituate. Love and light for the journey. Terie, Greg, Suzanne, Jacky, Ryan, Thomas, Sophia, and Ginger.....much love in your sorrow.
