Wicky was a fraternity brother at Fresno State during the 60's. He was a fantastic guy with a very quick wit. I always looked forward to bumping into him on campus or at the fraternity house.I am so sorry for your loss. I know you will miss him. I know that I will never forget him. John Waugh
