R.I.P. MY BROTHER. God's Peace to you and your family.

I knew Dick when I was HR Director for the City. What a great guy! So kind and full of smiles. So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May you endure through GOD's help. Php 4:6,7

Offering our deepest condolences during this difficult time.

I was sorry to hear about Dick's passing. We grew up together in North Hill and he we into the Corps a couple years after me. Our thoughts and prayers will be with his family.

It can be so hard to face the first year without your loved one, but the love of family and friends can carry you through.

Dick and I completed our police recruit training together in 1970 training and we remained friends throughout our careers. A wonderful human being with not a single bad bone in his body, Dick will be missed by all who knew him. RIP.

Bea and family,
My thoughts and prayers go to you during this difficult time. Lots of love,
Marge and Family

My deepest sympathies to the Wiland family. Dick was a wonderful guy! I knew him back in our "younger days" of Clarkins, Perkins and the Gallery. He was a real gentleman with a GREAT sense of humor. My prayers are with you as you celebrate his life and may your many happy memories help to ease your sorrow. God's blessings.

Sincerely,
