I served in Viet Nam with Rick in 1970. We were in the 162nd Helicopter Company operating out of Can Tho Army Airfield in the Mekong Delta. We flew troop carrying UH-1 Helicopters. Rick was a great pilot. He was a good leader and role model. Late in 1970 our unit was required to send two pilots to support the invasion of Laos. Our operations officer put the names of all the pilots in a hat and Rick's name was one of the two pulled. Rick went to Laos and his actions there were heroic. He has...

To the Williams Family. This is a joint condolence from Delores Lively (Bartender at the Viscount) and Corky Loudat (Patron at the Viscount). It saddened our hearts to hear of the great loss of Rick. We spent many hours telling our stories of travel and adventures with Rick before the games at the Coliseum. None of ours would ever top the ones from Rick!
